Richard has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years. Initially working for Boots Pharmaceuticals and then Eli Lilly, he gained experience in the design and implementation of the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Additional roles in secondary packaging operations further developed his GMP experience. His time at Eli Lilly evolved into a global supply chain position based in the US, covering the end-to-end supply chains of products such as Prozac and Zyprexa, as well as new products emerging from development.
In 2004 he established his own specialist firm HTF Associates Limited (Parent company of HTF Pharma), focusing on the GDP aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the regulations that apply. Richard has worked for many years as an RP on multiple different client licences as well as the commercial management of supply chains.
Richard has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University, a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the ACCA and is both a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC).

Dee heads up the finance division, in addition to having responsibility for day-to-day business activities, playing a central role in improving operational strategies throughout the company.
With an in-depth knowledge across the business, Dee acts as first point of contact for new enquiries and provides a friendly, supportive and diplomatic approach to both clients and employees, ensuring continued smooth running of the business and the team.
Dee brings a wealth of experience, including over 20 years’ experience running her own business providing administrative and financial support to SME’s in both the commercial and legal industry.

Jo has more than 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management and transport services, working in several different operational roles with pharmaceutical service companies, covering many different product types, clients and GDP challenges.
Jo has worked for Prolog Fulfilment, XPO Logistics and Alloga UK prior to joining HTF, giving her a detailed understanding of storage and transport of medicinal products, including low temperature requirements, and managing Controlled Drug (CD) products.
Her role at HTF covers planning (Sales and Operations Planning; S&OP), inventory and safety stock management, forecasting, selection and management of 3rd party suppliers, liaising with manufacturing for supply, introducing new products to market and handling a range of day-to-day issues that involve a range of functions within a company. Her understanding of service providers enables Jo to manage them tightly and efficiently.

Laura has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years and her considerable experience includes roles that cover both GMP and GDP aspects. Laura has experience in both human and veterinary environments, maintaining quality systems to a high standard.
In her role at HTF, Laura works as a Quality Manager and RP/ RPi across the HTF Pharma business as well as involvement in GDP projects and carrying out both internal and external GDP audits. Laura is also an experienced WQP (Veterinary equivalent of an RP) and is part of the skilled RP/RPi group at HTF.
Laura has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from The University of Birmingham

Suzanne has been in the Pharmaceutical industry for over 22 years. Her roles have included QA, GMP and GDP responsibilities, including implementation of new regulations, project management of complex global quality projects and applications, the full range of operational aspects of GDP, products requiring a Controlled Drug (CD) Licence, auditing and training. In addition, Suzanne’s experience includes Regional Quality Management within Pharmaceutical Freight Forwarding.
Suzanne has worked for a variety of companies within the sector including Myonex, a GMDP consultancy service provider and Alloga Limited.
In her role at HTF, Suzanne works as Head of Quality and RP/ RPi, providing direction, management and support across the GDP Supply Chain. Suzanne specialises in the design and operation of Quality Management Systems, ensuring that these are tailored to a client’s products and internal processes whilst ensuring compliance with the latest guidelines and regulations.
Suzanne holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Physics with Biomedical Physics.
