Quality Policy:

HTF Pharma will consistently strive to meet or exceed the expectations of Clients, patients and regulatory agencies and is supported by an organisation that is focused on continual improvement. 

HTF Pharma is committed to improving the effectiveness of its QMS by facilitating continuous improvement throughout the organisation, and through periodic reviews of the quality system by Management (SOP-012 Quality Management Review).

Quality Objectives:

HTFP’s Quality Objectives are:

• To operate in compliance with applicable Quality Regulations and Standards.

• Continuously challenge, develop and improve the effectiveness of the QMS, to ensure appropriateness and relevance to current legislative requirements.

• Ensure Client requirements and expectations are determined, communicated and fulfilled.

• Cultivate a quality-focused culture to ensure the highest priority is placed on the quality and integrity of products and overall patient safety
